Working at a coffee king has its learning moments.

"It's all about the customer," said Katie Harnetiaux to TheStreet. Harnetiaux, a former exec at Starbucks (SBUX) , is currently Worldwide Head of Marketing for Amazon (AMZN) Handmade. With her customer focused experience at Starbucks, it's no wonder she has been tapped with rolling out one of Amazon's newest ventures.
