(NYSE:HST) (the "Company"), the nation's largest lodging real estate investment trust, has been recognized for its corporate responsibility leadership by the Dow Jones Sustainability Indices ("DJSI") and the Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark ("GRESB"). For the first time, the Company was named to the DJSI North America Index, joining the top 20 percent of the largest and most sustainable North American companies of the S&P Global Broad Market Index. In addition, the Company earned the top position in the Hotels sector and in the United States for Listed companies, and is ranked 8 th among all 823 GRESB participants.
