As Tropical Storm Harvey continues on its punishing course through Texas, decimating cities like Houston, more grim news on Tuesday came from the city's Addicks Dam.

The Dam, located on the Addicks Reservoir about 19 miles west of downtown Houston, has begun to spill over and could put the western area of Houston further underwater.
