Restaurant stocks with Texas locations traded lower Monday morning as concerns about foot traffic were heightened in the wake of Hurricane Harvey's Houston devastation.

Monday morning decliners included Texas Roadhouse Inc. (TXRH) down 1.7%, Sonic Corp. (SONC) down 1.9%, Ruby Tuesday Inc. (RT) down 3.8%, El Pollo Loco (LOCO) down 1.7%, Jack in the Box Inc. (JACK) down 3.4% and Dallas-based Dave & Buster's Entertainment Inc. (PLAY) down 4%.

Harvey made landfall this weekend as a category 4 hurricane before it was demoted Sunday to a tropical storm. It's shuttered oil refining operations throughout the Gulf of Mexico, grounded flights throughout Texas hub cities and caused as much as $30 billion in damages, according to initial projections.
