10 More Firms Using Gradifi's Student Loan Repayment Program

Gradifi, a leader in student loan repayment benefit programs for U.S. employers, today announced in July that 10 additional companies began offering Gradifi's SLP Plan™ (Student Loan Paydown) benefit to their employees.

Gradifi's new clients include AEW Capital Management, STAFFS PREP LLC, Sole Wellness & Aesthetics, The OB-C Group LLC, Boese Commercial, MedForward Inc., MinnGo, and Lee Bank. These companies join progressive workplaces currently offering Gradifi's student loan repayment platform, including PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), Peloton, and Penguin Random House.

Gradifi has agreements with more than 140 companies across the U.S. to offer its student loan repayment benefit and help address the growing problem of student loan debt. Today, about 70% of recent college grads have an average of $35,000 in student loans. Twenty-five years ago, only half had student loan debt, and the amount averaged about $10,000.

Chuck Leach, President and CEO of Lee Bank, said, "We fully appreciate how hiring and retaining the right people has made our organization successful for 165 years. Student loan relief is a relatively new and highly coveted benefit in today's marketplace, and we are thrilled to offer it to our employees."

Tim DeMello, founder and CEO of Gradifi, said, "Employers offering a student loan repayment benefit have a clear advantage in recruiting talented workers. Employees are much more likely to work for an employer and stay with an employer that offers this innovative benefit. Those with student loan debt also appreciate working for a company that understands their financial challenges and is helping in a meaningful way."
