Time Warner Telecom (TWTC) fell 11.1% by midmorning after the company Monday posted a 73% leap in revenue for the first quarter compared to the year earlier, but said it would be difficult to achieve that growth rate in coming quarters.

The business Internet and telecommunications company posted a loss of 26 cents per share, narrower than the 28 cents expected by analysts, but wider than the loss of 3 cents a year ago.
