18 More Companies Offering Gradifi's Student Loan Repayment Benefit

Gradifi, a leader in student loan pay down benefits programs, today announced that 18 more companies in June began offering Gradifi's SLP Plan™ (Student Loan Paydown) benefit to employees.

Gradifi's new clients include Alternatives ABA, Inc., Blach Construction, Bellco Credit Union, TeamLogic IT of NE MA, and ReadCoor, Inc. These companies join progressive workplaces that offer Gradifi's student loan repayment platform, including PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), Peloton, and Penguin Random House.

More than 130 companies across the U.S. are now offering Gradifi's student loan repayment benefit to their employees.

LeeAnn Downey, Senior Vice President/Chief Administrative Officer at Bellco, said: "At Bellco, our top priority has always been our employees. We understand how hiring and keeping the right people has made our organization successful for more than 80 years. For this reason, we were looking to help alleviate some of the burden that student loan debt puts on many of our employees. Gradifi offered a solution that allows us to seamlessly integrate it into our benefits package. We are very excited to roll this program out to our team."

As employers continue to look for ways to differentiate themselves, reducing the burden of employees' student debt has become an increasingly effective strategy.

Tim DeMello, founder and CEO of Gradifi, said: "A growing number of companies are recognizing the problem of student loan debt and are proactively seeking to help their employees manage this challenge. These firms understand that student debt is a source of stress for employees entering the workforce. Offering a student loan repayment benefit is a way for companies to reduce the student loan debt burden on talented employees who power their success."
