Tesla's (TSLA - Get Report) shares continue to be unstoppable. They are hovering near a record high of $359.65. But, the company was dealt a rare blow in terms of board composition

FANG stocks -- an acronym for Facebook (FB - Get Report) , Amazon (AMZN - Get Report) , Netflix (NFLX - Get Report) and Google (Alphabet) (GOOGL - Get Report) also continue to be red-hot. But chip-maker AMD (AMD - Get Report) also continues to notch big gains amid the rush to bitcoin. Meanwhile, rival NVIDIA (NVDA - Get Report) caught a massive upgrade by Citigroup.

Some Noteworthy Ratings Changes

Brown-Forman (BF.B - Get Report)  was downgraded to neutral at Credit Suisse. Brown-Forman was also downgraded at Societe Generale, this time to a sell rating to go along with a $46 price target.

Decker's Outdoor (DECK) was downgraded to neutral at Buckingham.

Hormel (HRL - Get Report) was downgraded to neutral at Mizuho and assigned a $35 price target.

Lear (LEA - Get Report) was downgraded to underweight and assigned a $134 price target at Morgan Stanley.

Sprint (S - Get Report) was initiated with a hold rating at Drexel Hamilton.

Sanderson Farms  (SAFM - Get Report)  was initiated with a buy rating and $142 price target at Mizuho.

T-Mobile U.S. (TMUS - Get Report) was initiated with a buy rating and $80 price target at Drexel Hamilton.

Tyson (TSN - Get Report) was initiated with a buy rating and $71 price target at Mizuho.
