TheStreet's founder Jim Cramer said that he is bullish on beer and spirits maker Constellation Brands (STZ - Get Report) due to the aggressive nature of the company's growth aspirations, during a Facebook Live (FB - Get Report) interview Wednesday.

It was reported last week that Constellation approached rival Brown-Forman  (BF.A - Get Report)  with a takeover bid. While Brown-Forman reportedly rebuffed Constellation's approach, Cramer says the fact that it even tried solidifies the idea that the company is continually looking to expand.

Investors will be looking for updates on Constellation's expansion plans when the company reports its first quarter results on June 29.

Retail's downturn giving you the blues? Jim Cramer has a list of retailers that are currently oversold, giving investors a leg up one of the market's most volatile sectors.
