Fellow real estate mogul and Shark Tank star Barbara Corcoran gives President Donald Trump a 'very, very low grade' on leadership.

"I think that the most important thing that a leader does is bring people together," Corcoran said in an interview with TheStreet. "I don't think he's a team player nor do I think he builds [teams]."

Corcoran has known Trump for decades from her tenure in the New York City real estate world.

"He's exactly what he's like today - he hasn't changed one bit of his routine," Corcoran said. "He was always a phenomenal salesman - the best I've ever met."

Though Corcoran said he was and remains a "guy out for himself."

While it has been a rough few weeks for the Trump Administration with a host of damaging media leaks, Corcoran thinks Trump survives those headwinds.

"As long as he's in the media, he's happy," she said, adding that the fast paced media cycle means these headwinds are likely to blow over.
