EL PASO, Texas, May 30, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Western Refining, Inc. (NYSE:WNR) announces the start of a binding open season for the proposed new Conan Crude Oil Gathering Pipeline System to be constructed, owned and operated by its subsidiary, Western Refining Conan Gathering, LLC. The gathering system would be approximately 130 miles in length, and would transport crude oil from origins in Lea County, New Mexico and Loving County, Texas to a terminal to be constructed in Loving County, Texas, where the gathering system would interconnect with long-haul pipeline carriers. The open season began at 9 a.m. CDT on Tuesday, May 30, 2017 and will conclude Friday, June 30, 2017, at 5 p.m. CDT.
