Brown-Forman's (NYSE:BFA) (NYSE:BFB) Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of 18 1/4 cents per share on its Class A and Class B Common Stock. Stockholders of record on June 5, 2017 will receive the cash dividend on July 3, 2017.

Brown-Forman has paid regular quarterly cash dividends for 71 consecutive years and has increased the dividend for 33 consecutive years.
