MGM Resorts to Partner with GVC Holdings for Online Casino

MGM Resorts Int'l  (MGM) announced that it is partnering with GVC Holdings  (GMVHF) to launch an online casino and poker games company in New Jersey under the name playMGM.

playMGM will go live later this year and feature 300 casino games as well as tournament and cash play poker options. 

GVC is an international sports gaming and betting company that currently provides software and support services for the MGM-owned Borgata Hotel and Casino in Atlantic City, NJ.

MGM Resorts shares remained relatively unchanged at $31 per share in trading Wednesday morning.
