Yahoo! CEO Mayer Not Joining New Leadership Team Under Verizon

Oath, the combined  Yahoo! (YHOO)  and AOL  (AOL) creation of owner Verizon Communications (VZ) , plans to announce its leadership team tomorrow and it will not include Yahoo! CEO Marissa Mayer, USA Today reports.

Mayer will leave the company in June when Verizon officially closes its $4.48 billion takeover of Yahoo!.

Mayer was expected to leave Yahoo! after Verizon finalized the deal, but it wasn't clear if she'd land with new owner.
