A White House official has confirmed that it is working on a draft version of the language to be used in a potential health care deal, CNBC reports.

The Senate Budget Committee is assisting with the draft, which would be introduced first in the House.

The White House said that the committee hopes to send the draft today or tomorrow.

The GOP's original health care bill failed to garner enough support to bring it to a vote on the floor of the House in March.

"We're doing very well on health care," President Trump said on Thursday. "We'll see what happens, but this is a great bill. This is a great plan. And this will be great health care."
