Raytheon (RTN) : "That is my No. 2 pick. I like General Dynamics (GD) , Raytheon and then Northrop Grumman (NOC) ."

ABB Ltd (ABB) : "I do like the stock, but that's a long-term story."

Twitter (TWTR) : "I want to get through this quarter, then I'll look at it again."

GNC Holdings (GNC) : "Too risky. Let's go for quality."

CenturyLink (CTL) : "That's a good acquisition but I don't want to reach for yield. I don't think anyone can afford to pay that big dividend. "

Ionis Pharmaceuticals (IONS) : "That stock can't seem to lift."
