U.S. defense company Raytheon (RTN - Get Report) may soon be reaching a deal with NATO member Romania for the sale of Patriot missiles to aid in the country's plan to modernize its military, Reuters reported.

There are no specifics available about the deal yet, however Poland expects to sign a $7.6 billion deal with Raytheon to buy eight Patriot missile defense systems by the end of the year.

Raytheon stock was up slightly this morning.
