United Airlines  (UAL) CEO Oscar Munoz has a $500,000 bonus tied to customer satisfaction surveys that United Airlines collects daily. 

Munoz had a salary target of $14.6 million in 2016, the actual figure is expected to be released later this month, according to the Financial Post
