Canada today introduced legislation that would legalize Marijuana by July 2018, according to Canada's CBCNews.
The legalization of the drug was a key promise of Prime Minister Justin Trudeau's campaign.
The two bills, if passed, will allow people to possess up to 30 grams of dried or fresh cannabis, CBC reports.
Consumers will also be authorized to grow up to four plants themselves, or purchase Marijuana from licensed retailers.
