BAE Systems  (BAESY) , a British multinational defense, security, and aerospace company, has been awarded a $112 million contract from the U.S. Army to provide technical support and maintenance of the M88 recovery vehicles, the company announced this morning.

The contract, awarded by the Army's TACOM Life Cycle Management Command, is for continuous service and repairs to BAE Systems-built M88A1 and M88A2 recovery vehicles over the next four years.

Shares of BAE Systems closed lower on Monday by 1.36% to $32.02.
