Mr. Raul Benavides, Vice-president of Business Development, has been appointed to serve as interim VP of Operations upon his departure. Mr. Gonzales assumed this role in November 2014 and since then has made important contributions in operations, occupational safety and continuous improvement. He will continue to exercise his position as Buenaventura´s Board Member in accordance with the resolutions of the General Shareholders' Meeting held on March 28, 2017.
