AVEO Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ: AVEO) today announced that it has priced an underwritten public offering of 30,000,000 shares of common stock at a price to the public of $0.50 per share, before underwriting discounts, which would result in aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $15 million. All of the shares in the offering are to be sold by AVEO. AVEO has also granted the underwriter a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 4,500,000 shares of common stock on the same terms and conditions.
