Honda Motor's (HMC) U.S. unit switched ad agencies back in January as the automaker alleged that Mediavest Spark mishandled the company's $500 million account, the Wall Street Journal reports. One such allegation was that Mediavest wasn't paying media companies within the expected period of time.
