Phillips 66 Announces Rodeo Pipeline in the Permian Basin

Phillips 66  (PSX) announced that it will begin construction of a pipeline to serve the Permian basin in Texas on March 24. 

The pipeline will have initial output of capacity of up to 130,000 barrels per day with a potential output capacity of 450,000 barrels per day.
