MoneyGram to Hold Merger Talks With Euronet
MoneyGram CEO Alexander Holmes

Money transfer services provider MoneyGram  (MGI) agreed to hold deal talks with Euronet Worldwide  (EEFT) which could supersede the offer Ant Financial made for the company. 

Last week Euronet made an unsolicited bid of $15.20 per share for MoneyGram, a 15% premium over Ant's $13.25 per share bid.
