Walmart Acquires Womens Wear Retailer ModCloth

Walmart  (WMT) announced that its online shopping subsidiary Jet.com acquired womens wear retailer ModCloth. While the company did not disclose details of the deal, Tech Crunch reported that the expected price tag for the company was between $50 million and $75 million.

Walmart acquired Jet.com last year for $3 billion.
