Finisar Stock Rising on Jefferies Upgrade

Shares of Finisar (FNSR) were up by 2.02% to $26.21 on Wednesday morning, after analyst firm Jefferies upgraded its rating on the stock to "buy" from "hold." Jefferies also increased its price target to $34 from $32.

The rating change comes as the firm said it sees "compelling valuation" as well as M&A options for the communications and networking company.
