U.S. to Extend Leniency Program for Bribery Disclosures

The Justice Department has extended a leniency program for employers who disclose cases of bribery by their employees to authorities.

DOJ declined to prosecute Johnson Controls  (JCI) , Akamai Technologies  (AKAM) , Nortek  (NTKLX) under the program.
