Pegasystems (PEGA) was upgraded to buy from hold at Benchmark. $52 price target. Its shift toward a subscription model can expand operating margins, Benchmark said. 

Stericycle (SRCL) was upgraded to neutral from sell at Goldman Sachs. $79 price target. Earnings estimates through 2019 also increased, as cyclical businesses could drive upside, Goldman said. 

Stock Comments/EPS Change 

Shares of International Business Machines (IBM) are now seen reaching $215, according to Drexel Hamilton. Its partnership with Salesforce can drive long-term growth, Drexel said. Buy rating. 

Rambus (RMBS) was placed on the Analyst Focus list, according to JPMorgan. $14.50 price target. The valuation is more attractive, following an 8% pullback, JPMorgan said.
