GNC Stock Spikes on Potential KKR Interest

Shares of GNC (GNC) were climbing nearly 11% in pre-market trading on Friday after a report citing Dealreporter surfaced that private equity firm KKR has been in contact with two Chinese-based companies regarding a potential deal for GNC.

KKR has been in contact with Chinese pharmaceutical company  Sinopharm and Chinese investment firm Fosun regarding GNC.
