Nvidia (NVDA) was downgraded to underperform from market perform at BMO Capital. $85 price target. The valuation is less attractive, as the company is facing increased competition, BMO said. 

Steve Madden (SHOO) was upgraded to overweight from neutral at Piper Jaffray. $41 price target. The business model can continue to shine in a choppy environment, Piper said.
