Quadrant Wins Sought-After Tribute Award For Sales Team Of The Year

Jennifer Lopez and Ava Brown, members of Quadrant Homes' Kirkland sales team, have won the sought-after Tribute Award for Sales Team of the Year. The Puget Sound-based New Home Council's Tribute Awards are designed to recognize hard work, innovation, creativity and tenacity in the selling and marketing of new homes. Lopez and Brown have been recognized for determination, problem solving, and customer relationship skills for their work in the new-home community of Heathers Ridge in Kirkland.

"The Heathers Ridge team built great relationships with homebuyers and were able to take a personalized approach with each homesite," said Bryan Jones, director of sales for Quadrant Homes. "Ava and Jenny were able to effectively communicate changes that impacted construction timelines so that homebuyers were informed throughout the process."

Despite unexpected delays due to code changes, Heathers Ridge Kirkland homebuyers cited "top-level service, reassurance when they needed it and a very quick response to all concerns."

To determine the winning team, the New Home Council considers unusual obstacles, creative abilities and customer service skills. Lopez and Brown earned sales team of the year by creating a success trifecta: happy homebuyers, high sales velocity and zero cancellations, completing 41 sales with a near-perfect willingness-to-refer score.
