She is currently an owner of two RE/MAX locations, where she also serves as a Real Estate Broker. Her franchise locations are in Platte City and Smithville, Missouri. Farr is also the owner of "Homes by Patty," her construction company, which is beginning to develop a new sub-division in Platte City.
