Kite Realty Group Trust Declares 5.2% Increase In Quarterly Common Dividend

Kite Realty Group Trust (NYSE: KRG) (the "Company") announced today that its Board of Trustees declared a quarterly cash distribution of $0.3025 per common share for the quarter ended December 31, 2016, which represents an increase of 5.2% compared to the dividend paid for the prior quarter. This distribution will be paid on or about January 13, 2017, to shareholders of record as of January 6, 2017.
