This award is presented to a ReliabilityOne™ recipient who has recognized that the communication of real-time and accurate information is a key driver to a positive customer reliability experience and has taken steps to engage with their customers by providing real-time access to information across various channels. After provisional recipients are selected, each company undergoes an extensive on-site certification - an independent review of the processes and systems used to collect, analyze and report a company's reliability results.
