WATERFORD, Wis., Nov. 17, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Ann Rasmusson, Leader of Customer Care at Runzheimer, a business vehicle, relocation information and expense management services provider, was recently elected secretary of the Society of Consumer Affairs Professionals (SOCAP) International Wisconsin Chapter.
In her new role with SOCAP, Rasmusson will focus on the planning and execution of Wisconsin Chapter meetings. Her goal is to drive meeting attendance by scheduling speakers who can discuss top trends, best practices, and topics of interest for leaders interested in providing world class customer service.
