You can also reach us through the firm's website at http://www.Goldberglawpc.com, or by email at email@example.com. The class in this case has not yet been certified, and until certification occurs, you are not represented by an attorney. If you choose to take no action, you can remain an absent class member. The complaint alleges that Pattern made false and misleading statements and/or failed to disclose: that the Company's operations were deficient with respect to various transaction, process level, and monitoring controls; that Pattern lacked effective internal financial controls; and that as a result of the above, the Company's public statements were materially false and misleading at all relevant times. On November 7, 2016, Pattern announced that it had a material weakness in internal controls over financial reporting. Pattern stated that its internal controls were "not effective as of September 30, 2016, due to the aggregation of internal control deficiencies related to the implementation, design, maintenance and operating effectiveness of various transaction, process level, and monitoring controls." When this news was announced, shares of Pattern fell in value, causing investors harm.
