In his role, he will drive strategy and scale within the current brands and develop new marques in the organization with evergreen trajectories. Sampson, holding a number of varying roles throughout his career in beauty and over a decade at L'Oreal, was formerly General Manager of L'Oreal Prestige Professional Brands, Kérastase and Shu Uemura. Prior roles included Vice President of Prestige Brands, Vice President of Sales for L'Oreal Professionnel and numerous other functions encompassing brand strategy, P&L Management and distribution expansion. His comfort as a leader and liaison, who works closely with his teams, makes Sampson a passionate executive with a highly focused approach for business growth. As President, Sampson is responsible for HATCHBEAUTY's vertically integrated portfolio across numerous beauty platforms and channels. Managing multiple brands and categories, Sampson will establish and build marque equity and DNA leading what he refers to as the concept-to-consumption model and furthering the Company's already impressive results.
