Computer Services, Inc. (CSI) (OTCQX:CSVI), a provider of end-to-end technology solutions that empower financial institutions to remain competitive, compliant and profitable, hosted nearly 1,000 attendees, including current customers, industry partners and prospective institutions, at its annual Customer Conference in San Antonio, Texas. The conference, which was Nov. 1-3, provided users of CSI's technology offerings, from bank core processing systems to regulatory compliance solutions, with in-depth sessions and presentations focused on the ways in which technology can enhance the customer experience. In addition, attendees had access to networking events, roundtable discussions and solutions showcases that offered them the opportunity to exchange ideas and experience technology platforms firsthand. "Our annual conference connects our customers with both their peers and thought leaders, allowing them to engage in meaningful discussions on key topics like enterprise risk management, profitability and digital banking services," said Steve Powless, CSI's chief executive officer. "We structure the conference as a forum in which customers can stay at the forefront of the industry by gaining access to the latest trends, challenges and solutions affecting their businesses." A common theme across the conference was the significance of creating a meaningful customer experience. Attendees participated in sessions and presentations that explored best practices, innovative strategies and emerging technologies for deepening customer relationships. They also gained research-based insight into issues affecting customer-centric initiatives during keynote addresses from Craig Weber, chief executive officer of Celent, and Jason Dorsey, chief strategy officer at The Center for Generational Kinetics. Innovation also was celebrated throughout the conference. CSI previewed one of its newest products, a mobile banking app designed exclusively for small-business customers. Additionally, CSI honored the winners of its 2016 Seeing Business Differently Awards for their outstanding approach to technology and service: Illinois National Bank, Salin Bank and Truxton Trust. In addition to receiving an award, representatives from each bank participated in a panel moderated by Bank Director CEO Al Dominick to discuss their unique approaches to utilizing CSI's solutions as well as how their bank is creating a stellar customer experience.
