Hosted by  Terrence J and  Regina Hall, the concert was filled with memorable performances and appearances that prompted the President to jokingly thank BET for "...agreeing to film Barack Obama's block party" after which he turned to guest Dave Chappelle and said, "You got your block party. I've got my block party."
