In 2016 alone, "Symphony" efforts helped drive record-breaking success across all parts of the business. Universal Pictures' The Secret Life of Pets had the highest U.S. box-office opening ever for an original animated film, and the NBC fall primetime launch led the season in all key demographics. Additionally, the 2016 Rio Olympics - the most-streamed event in history - had a TV audience of 198 million viewers, with ratings nearly 20% higher in Comcast households. Comcast Cable also had the best third quarter for video customer growth in ten years.

Most recently, Kelly-Brown served as Senior Vice President of Global Talent Booking, a division she launched that develops strategic, customized publicity opportunities for talent - tapping into NBCUniversal's broad portfolio, including entertainment, sports and news platforms. Kelly-Brown will continue to lead Global Talent Booking, in addition to her new responsibilities.
