ADM Recognized For Military Veteran Mentoring And Hiring Program

On Veterans Day, a day in which Americans pause to honor and thank those who have served the nation, Archer Daniels Midland Company (NYSE: ADM) is proud to announce that it has been named a Military Friendly ® Employer by Victory Media, which publishes G.I. Jobs ® , STEM Jobs SM, and Military Spouse magazines. As a reflection of the company's continued efforts to advance its military veteran outreach programs, ADM was named one of the top manufacturers in the U.S. for attracting, retaining and hiring veterans.

ADM also announced today a partnership with FASTPORT—a veteran employment software development company—and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce's Hiring Our Heroes Agriculture Fast Track program. The partnership will help further accelerate the company's military outreach programs by increasing ADM's presence at military transition summits and career fairs, and helping connect veterans interested in pursuing a career at ADM with mentors who can provide support and advice.
