Following last year's engagement survey findings, Intact Financial Corporation introduced a series of initiatives that provided employees with more support tools to develop their skills and grow their career. These included "role ambassadors," employees who volunteer their time to share insights on their jobs, interactive videos on topics such as career and growth, career management workshops and job shadowing opportunities. Using stringent global standards developed for Aon's Global Best Employer Program, each organization's employee survey scores on engagement, leadership, performance culture and employment brand were assessed against Aon Hewitt's Canadian Survey Database and the opinions of Canadian employees. Organizations that score in the top 25 per cent of the Canadian database achieved the platinum level. The Intact Financial Corporation employee survey included responses from Intact Financial Corporation employees working with Intact Insurance, belairdirect, BrokerLink and Anthony Insurance.
