Here's 3 of President Obama's Best Trump Insults

There's no love lost between President Barack Obama and Donald Trump, and their meeting at the Oval Office might be a bit uncomfortable.

The pair will come together at the White House on Thursday in their first public step toward a peaceful transition of power in the wake of the real estate magnate's stunning victory on Tuesday. According to his White House schedule, Obama will update Trump "on the transition planning his team has been working on from nearly a year" at 11 a.m. in the Oval Office.

Trump has said awful things about Obama over the years, and the president himself has, at times, returned the favor, often with a joking tone.

Here are three of Obama's best lines about Trump that could make their encounter a little awkward:

"You fired Gary Busey." -- 2011 White House Correspondents' Dinner

Comedian Seth Meyers and President Obama skewered Trump at the 2011 White House Correspondents' Dinner in 2011. The evening's events reportedly fueled Trump's desire to run for the presidency in the first place.

Obama poked fun at Trump over his "Celebrity Apprentice" gig:

"We all know about your credentials and breadth of experience. For example -- no, seriously -- just recently, in an episode of Celebrity Apprentice, at the steakhouse, the men's cooking team did not impress the judges from Omaha Steaks. And there was a lot of blame to go around, but you, Mr. Trump, recognized that the real problem was a lack of leadership. So ultimately you didn't blame Little John, or Meatloaf, you fired Gary Busey. These are the kind of decisions that would keep me up at night."

"If somebody can't handle a Twitter account, they can't handle the nuclear codes." -- Nov. 6

The New York Times reported in the days leading up to the election that Trump's aides wrested away his Twitter account. Obama joked about it at a rally for Hillary Clinton:

"In the last two days, [Trump's advisers] had so little confidence in his self-control they said we're just gonna take away your Twitter. Now, if somebody can't handle a Twitter account, they can't handle the nuclear codes. If somebody starts tweeting at 3 in the morning because 'SNL' made fun of you, then you can't handle the nuclear codes."

"The Republican nominee is unfit to serve as president." -- Aug. 2

Obama weighed in on Trump's candidacy at a joint press conference with the prime minister of Singapore over the weekend and compared him to the GOP's two previous presidential nominees, Mitt Romney and John McCain:

"I think the Republican nominee is unfit to serve as president...and he keeps on proving it...This isn't a situation where you have an episodic gaffe. This is daily and weekly where [Republicans] are distancing themselves from statements he is making. There has to be a point at which you say, this isn't somebody I can support to be president of the United States, even if he purports to be a member of my party...I recognize [the Republicans] profoundly disagree with myself and Hillary Clinton on tax policy or certain elements of foreign policy. But there have been Republican presidents with whom I disagreed with, but I didn't have a doubt they could function as president. I think I was right and Mitt Romney and John McCain were wrong on certain policy issues, but I never thought they couldn't do the job."
