The announcement comes at the commencement of HubSpot's annual user conference, INBOUND, where Synthio will be a Memorable Sponsor. The event, which expects more than 14,000 attendees from all over the world, will take place from November 8th through November 11th at the Boston Convention & Exhibit Center.
With the native Synthio integration, HubSpot users can now enrich and enhance their inbound datasets, filling white space, identifying inaccurate records, and linking personal form-fill data to business personas. This will allow them to learn much more about the audiences they serve for improved personalization and an optimized customer experience. It will also clean and refresh any inaccurate and out of date data. With the addition of Synthio data points to existing contact records, HubSpot users will be able to better segment their campaigns, which results in higher engagement and conversion rates. To set-up, once Synthio provides you with Authorized HubSpot user status, your HubSpot administrator will have to authenticate one time from within the Synthio Application. After authentication, authorized users can navigate to either the SynthConnect or Contact Append screens, click a button to append to HubSpot data, map their HubSpot fields to Synthio Append search fields, and then export the appended data back into HubSpot. The Synthio contact and firmographic data is added to a Synthio Enriched Fields Property Group within HubSpot. From there a user can manipulate the data in HubSpot as they desire.
