TPG Specialty Lending, Inc. Announces Quarter Ended September 30, 2016 Financial Results And Board Declares Quarterly Dividend Of $0.39 Per Share For The Fourth Fiscal Quarter Of 2016

TPG Specialty Lending, Inc. (NYSE:TSLX, or the "Company") today reported net investment income of $30.6 million, or $0.51 per share, for the quarter ended September 30, 2016. Net asset value per share was $15.78 at September 30, 2016 as compared to $15.55 at June 30, 2016. The Company's Board of Directors previously declared a third quarter dividend of $0.39 per share, payable to stockholders of record as of September 30, 2016 that was paid on October 31, 2016.

The Company also announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.39 per share for stockholders of record as of December 31, 2016, payable on or about January 31, 2017.
