William Volz has been promoted to Southern California Regional Underwriting Leader in Los Angeles while Mark Flanagan has been appointed Chief Property Underwriter in Hamilton, Bermuda. Billy and Mark have proven to be valuable assets, each making solid contributions to growing our property business in both the US and Bermuda." Most recently serving as Vice President, Property Underwriter in New York, Mr. Volz is relocating to Los Angeles. In his new role, he will engage both his underwriting skill and property engineering background to assist brokers and clients throughout the western US insure their most complex property risks. Prior to joining XL Catlin in 2009, he served as an account and loss prevention engineer at FM Global.
