(NYSE:BXC), a leading distributor of building and industrial products in North America, announced today an extension of the maturity of its revolving credit agreement with a syndicate of banks led by Wells Fargo Bank, National Association. Under the agreement, the $335 million U.S. revolving credit facility and the $16 million Tranche A loan component of the revolving credit facility are extended until July 15, 2018.
