NEW YORK, Nov. 3, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Award-winning UK technology firm eShare is opening a US office, as the latest round of international expansion that has seen the company launch in Germany, Spain and South Africa.
eShare offers a suite of products that aim to improve governance, transparency and collaboration within meetings, and the opening of its New York office comes after increased demand from US organizations for its board portal solution, BoardPacks. In 2016 eShare has developed two new complementary products to BoardPacks: EntitySquared is an interactive and comprehensive Entity Management Solution; and MeetingSquared is a product that is accessed via SharePoint and Office 365, was developed in collaboration with Microsoft and aims to bring an end to the inefficient preparation, scheduling and management of meetings. "eShare brings to the US a range of products that will deliver lower costs and better governance," said US country manager, Rob MacMahon.
