WALTHAM, Mass., Nov. 3, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- The Bowdoin Group, a North American leader in customized recruiting solutions, announces today the selection of Scott Aldsworth as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and Partner. In his newly created role, he will direct the company's client facing team and its go-to-market strategy across all practice areas: Healthcare, Technology and Financial Services. Prior to Radius, Scott was Vice President of M&A at Interliant where he helped start the company and grow it to $250 million and its eventual IPO. "We are delighted to welcome Scott as Bowdoin's new CRO," said David Melville, Founder and CEO of The Bowdoin Group. "His experience growing and scaling a leading professional services firm and his passion for developing people and building teams will be a huge asset for us, especially during our next phase of growth as we become the go-to search firm for the innovation economy."
